Chair: Mr Charles Reis

Charles Reis has held executive leadership positions in listed public companies, government organisations and the not-for-profit sector. He has worked in senior leadership roles leading teams focussed on global strategy development, business performance and service delivery. He is Co-Chair and Company Secretary of the Saltbush Family Centre (Kildare Ministries), supporting families with children with disabilities, women escaping domestic violence and disadvantaged families. He recently Chaired the successful Save Flinders Pier environmental campaign. He is a Committee Member of the Mornington Peninsula Coastal Advisory Group; and member of Bayside Council’s Advisory Committee for the Billilla mansion and parklands in Brighton.

Independent Director: Dr Michelle Cotter

Michelle has 11 years’ experience in secondary school leadership and 9 years’ experience in secondary school teaching.

Independent Director: Bridgid Connors

Bridgid has 15 years in senior management and over 20 years in human resources.

Independent Director: Ella McPherson

Ella has extensive expertise in government, including in agencies responsible for human services, human rights and equal opportunity, infrastructure, business and industry, community development and education. She has more recently specialised in integrity and governance-focussed roles.

Independent Director: Marcelle Mogg

Marcelle is a highly experienced CEO with significant experience in health and community services settings. She is a highly experienced leader of faith-based entities, integrating mission and values into organisational culture and practice.

Independent Director: Janet Farrow OAM

Janet has over thirty years’ experience as a Social Worker, team leader and senior executive and director of Non-Government Organisations and statutory bodies of State Government. She has a significant understanding of the mental health, drug and alcohol and child and family welfare sectors.

Independent Director: John Sutherland

John has previously held Board positions in the health, construction, maintenance, and recruitment industries. He has held the position of Chief Financial Officer in a variety of industries including engineering, construction, electricity and health.  John has many years of experience with expertise in finance, risk management, audit and strategy

Independent Director: Stephen Mamouney

Stephen is a Chartered Accountant with 40 years experience in public practice primarily engaged in the provision of taxation, accountancy and consulting services to family businesses. He has previous company and local government audit experience.

Independent Director: Elizabeth (Libby) Mears

Libby has significant Chief Executive and governance leadership experience across a variety of sectors including disability, community & leisure services, environment & land management, sport, and public health.

Independent Director: Elizabeth Clear

Elizabeth has over 30 years’ experience in finance, governance, quality, risk management, organisational development and change management, with Senior executive roles in the public, private and not-for-profit sector. She has led major change programs, implemented enterprise-wide risk management frameworks and practices and driving financial strategy to purpose.

Independent Director: Peter Lavis

Peter has over 40 years in senior management and leadership roles across the Property and Construction Industries (both Private and Public Sectors), Transport and Logistics, Retail and prior to retirement, eCommerce fulfilment both Domestically and Internationally. He is experienced in strategic sourcing and procurement, project planning and management, governance and probity, strategic planning and business process improvement, stakeholder management and industrial relations.

Independant Director: Dr Linda Mellors

Linda is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Regis Healthcare Ltd. Linda has extensive experience in Health and Human Services, Corporate Governance, Clinical Governance, Financial Management, strategy, and leadership.

Independant Director: Vicki Clark OAM

Vicki is a Mutthi Mutthi Wemba Wamba woman who has dedicated decades of her life to increasing understanding of Aboriginal spirituality and defending the rights of Aboriginal people to express this spirituality in its many forms. Vicki has sound knowledge of Aboriginal cultural protocols and considerable governance experience from membership on several other boards.
